Phil Hobby holds Maryland Real Estate Broker license #6591 and is the founder, Broker/Owner of Veterans First Realty in Annapolis. He built the brokerage around one standard: veterans, active-duty service members and their families deserve agents who understand military life.
Phil comes from a military family himself, his father and eldest son were both Naval Aviators, and that is why Veterans First Realty exclusively hires veterans, veteran spouses or military family members as agents.
Before founding Veterans First Realty, Phil spent years building a reputation across the Baltimore-Washington region, recognized as a Top Real Estate Agent by Washingtonian Magazine and named among the region's Top 200 Producing Realtors.
